Privacy and cookies
This notice explains which personal data the ckmsoftware.it website processes, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Cookies and tracking
This website uses no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies and loads no fonts, maps, videos or social media content from third-party sites. To count visits in aggregate we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below, which neither stores nor reads cookies or other information on your device. That is why we do not ask for your consent.
Technical browsing data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which automatically processes technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Cloudflare acts as our data processor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify you. We keep no access logs. Cloudflare keeps technical data only for as long as needed to deliver the pages and protect the website, and in any case no longer than our contract with Cloudflare, as set out in its data processing agreement.
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the website, from which countries and from which sites they arrive, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which acts as our data processor. When you open a page, a small Cloudflare script sends the page visited, the referring site, the country, the device type, the browser, the operating system and the page load times. The script uses no cookies or other information stored on your device, and does not recognise you across visits or on other websites. We only see aggregate statistics and cannot tell who visited the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps detailed data for 7 days; after that it keeps only an aggregated sample.
Messages you send us
If you write to us by email or certified email, we use your address and what you tell us only to reply and handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle them and, if they lead to a contract, for the periods required by law. Our mailboxes are hosted by Google, which acts as our data processor.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc. and Google may also process data in the United States. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, so the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Should that participation lapse, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and included in their data processing agreements apply; you can ask for a copy at privacy@rentaxapp.com.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing and object to it (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the addresses above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.
